Condo Love is a short film and screenplay project in development. A romantic drama written by J. Charles Y. G., it is character-driven and contained, set primarily in a condo, and follows Mia and Paul on the night their future together is put in question.

LOGLINE

When a six-month career opportunity threatens to pull Paul away from home, he and Mia must confront whether love can survive distance, family responsibility, and the lives they are each trying to build.

SYNOPSIS

Paul receives a six-month work opportunity in another city. Mia needs to remain, as her mother is undergoing cancer treatment, while also weighing a professional opportunity of her own. The emotional core unfolds in a single night conversation in the condo, where they must confront love, distance, career, responsibility, silence, and what their future looks like.
