A connectivity product, end to end
The Product
TROGON is a mobile platform built around global internet connectivity. It brings together the essential building blocks of a consumer connectivity product: accounts, a wallet, payments, service plans, destinations, rewards, and day-to-day account management — organized as one coherent mobile experience.
Mobile Experience
The mobile product covers onboarding, authentication, forgot password and email verification flows, a home/dashboard view, wallet, payments, plans, destinations, rewards, and account/profile management. Workflows were designed for both iOS and Android, keeping each step clear and consistent.
Product & Engineering Approach
The work was structured around precision: truth-matrix reconciliation, design handoff, backend contract reconciliation, and an exact definition of backend mutation scope before implementation. Final closure gates, validation and recovery passes, and QA brought each surface to a release-ready state.
Admin Panel
TROGON also includes a separate administrative panel covering Users, Wallet, Payments, Orders, Plans, Destinations, and Rewards. It is built with Next.js App Router, TypeScript in strict mode, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, TanStack Query, and Recharts.
Cross-Platform Consistency
Across the mobile workflows and the admin panel, the focus stayed on cross-platform consistency: the same data contracts and business rules expressed through interfaces adapted to each context, so behavior remains predictable from the mobile app to operations.
Status
TROGON is an active product engagement currently moving through implementation, validation, and release preparation. Public availability details will be shared once they are confirmed.
