INSIDE THE SYSTEM

A connected operating system

The Challenge

MAVOR needed a unified digital system that could connect customers, employees, and administrators while keeping booking, scheduling, service records, field operations, payments, and access controls organized in one place. The goal was to replace fragmented workflows with a single platform that could support both customer-facing service and day-to-day business operations.

The Product

MAVOR is a complete business operations platform combining a public website, Quick Service booking, private client access, employee workflows, administrative controls, payments, and a mobile/PWA experience. The platform supports one-time cleaning requests as well as recurring operational workflows across residential and commercial services.

Architecture

The platform is organized around distinct customer, employee, and administrator experiences, each with its own access rules and workflows. Shared operational logic connects scheduling, service records, visit status, capacity, payments, media, and administrative controls across the system.

Client Experience

Clients access a private portal through secure sign-in links. They can review approved schedules, visit confirmations, checklists, progress updates, authorized photographs, service reports, and quality-control information tied to their services.

Employee Experience

Employees use a dedicated field portal to open assigned visits, verify arrival, complete digital tasks and checklists, upload authorized before-and-after photos, and close service visits. The workflow is designed around field accountability and clear visit completion.

Administrative System

Administrators manage clients and employees, configure service availability, schedule visits, review attendance and checklists, approve service media, publish reports, control access, and manage operational exceptions. Administrative tools also support emergency visit closure and protections against invalid capacity changes.

Scheduling

Quick Service uses defined Morning, Afternoon, and Late Afternoon windows with separate capacity. Availability is shown by window, full periods are blocked, and Anytime requests are assigned to a real available window. Administrators confirm an exact arrival time within the selected window, while system rules help prevent overbooking and capacity conflicts.

Payments

The platform includes integrated payment workflows for service checkout, confirmation, refunds, and payment-related events. Payment handling is connected to booking and administrative workflows so service status and financial status remain aligned.

Mobile / PWA

MAVOR includes a mobile-first PWA experience at /app that brings Quick Service, Client Portal, and Employee Portal access together in one place. It is designed for faster access on mobile devices, supports installation to the home screen, and keeps private sign-in information protected.

Security & Access

Access is separated by role and protected through secure, time-limited sign-in links, restricted portals, controlled sessions, and private operational records. Client, employee, and administrator experiences remain distinct, with access and operational actions governed by role-specific rules.

What I Built

I designed and built the MAVOR digital ecosystem across the public website, Quick Service booking, Client Portal, Employee Portal, Admin Portal, mobile/PWA access, and payment-related workflows. My work covered product architecture, user flows, role-based experiences, scheduling and capacity logic, operational controls, secure access, testing, debugging, and deployment.

Technology

MAVOR is built as a responsive web platform with a mobile-first PWA layer, secure time-limited sign-in flows, role-based portals, scheduling and capacity management, integrated payment workflows, webhook-driven payment events, and protected operational data. The system is designed to support real-world service operations across desktop and mobile without exposing private administrative or customer information.
